like the hand of the king, the mistress of the council is the queen's head advisor and head of the queen's court when the queen is unable. Usually married women

in charge of the preparing of clothes, cosmetics and other things in the queen's wardrobe for the dressing and undressing ceremony

this lady holds the keys to all the chambers in the royal wings. from the queen's chambers to the jewelry

in charge of the numerous chartities and relations between smallfolk or other nobles. the modern equivalent would be pr person.
mistress of ceremonies - XY Manderly [OPEN]
in charge of feast, festivities and decorum. usually insures that everything is in order and per the queen's wishes of the queen.
the voice of the people - [open]
a woman chosen from the smallfolk to serve as the representative to the smallfolk. brought to life by late queen jirelle.
