Should you be banned from the sim, abandon your character, leave the sim, disappear, the rental will be terminated with no refund and your items returned to you.
rental types
1.Regional Rentals: The nine regions currently in play within CoS each have their own rental space. Four small rentals that share two common areas; a feasting room and a small hall.

Price for the small regional rental is 75 land impact for 300 lindens weekly. There is also an option to purchase an additional 10 land impact for 40 lindens weekly.
2. Large Private Rentals: Each of the nine regions include one large private rental. These are intended for married couples and household with 3 or more, that is residing within Harrenhal.

Price for this larger rental is 150 land impact for 525 lindens weekly. As well as the option to purchase 10 additional land impact for 40 lindens weekly.

3.Ground Floor Rentals: These are intended for those merchants who wish to peddle their goods while staying within Harrhenhal. There are numerous established businesses already furnished, some with the option of the player residing above. Any player longing to add their business idea into sim play, please reach out to Admin to see if such is a viable fit within the current story. If you are simply a smallfolk who longs for a small space to all your own, we also have one-room rentals that meet such needs.

Let’s be real, most of us..if not all of us have rented within sims before. We ask you to be conscious of your scripts, and remove those that can be. Such as; texturing and sizing changing scripts, as well as those with sound and lighting. Both will still play even after the script is removed from the objects.
All rentals are considered to be In-Character spaces. We understand some players remain logged in-world with their avatars. However, if you step away for an extended period of time, we simply ask you to pop up to the Landing Zone, as that is the only Out-of-Character area within CoS.
This means, although you are paying for a space within CoS, you still agree to adhere to the expectations of dress code and conduct you should display within any other part of the sim.
Lastly, lag is an issue we all hate to deal with. Please help in during your part by reading this information that explains other factors besides just script lag within world:
private rental - 525L/week for 150prims
regional rental - 300L/week for 75prims
ground floor rental - 300L/week for 75prims
